TeamGen ("we", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. The short version: the names you enter into the team generator never leave your device.

1. Information we do NOT collect

The team generator runs entirely in your web browser using JavaScript. Lists of names you enter are processed locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers, stored, or shared with anyone — including us.

2. Information we may collect automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and to keep the site running reliably. We do not use this information to identify you personally.

3. Cookies

We do not set any first-party cookies for the core tool to function. However, third-party services described below (advertising partners) may use cookies or similar technologies as described in their own policies.

4. Advertising and Google AdSense

We plan to display ads on this site to keep it free, including ads served by Google AdSense. Important disclosures:

Because we do not collect the names you enter, there is nothing to retain or secure beyond standard server logs described above, which are kept only as long as needed for security and operations.

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU/UK under GDPR and California under CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, and to opt out of the sale/sharing of personal data. Since we do not maintain user accounts or collect personal data through the tool, there is typically nothing to access or delete — but we will honor any verifiable request.
